Policies.
Every guest reservation is both important and special to us, yet please note:
Deposits
Every reservation must be accompanied by a 50% deposit.
We will bill the Balance no later than 2 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations
Your deposit is only refundable if cancelled in writing up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand your credit card will be charged for your entire reservation.
for weddings and room blocks, a 30-day cancellation notice is required in writing, and we will refund your deposit less 10%.
Rates
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Number of guests per room reservation
There is a 2-person limit on the fixed price of a room. An extra bed and breakfast is an additional $40/night, and only available in select rooms. no extra charge for Children under the age of 2.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
If arriving outside of check-in after 6pm, We will leave your room key in the entryway hall on the white marble table. if you have any questions, call or text (914) 772-3610.
Check-out: 12:00 PM. late check-out may be available, but only with prior approval.
Visitors Limited to 2
Guests are permitted up to 2 visitors per room at any one time. This applies to visitors in the room and anywhere on the premises. Guests wishing to host more visitors must receive prior approval from the management. If you are interested in using the Inn for an event, please contact us
Meals & Food
Guests are discouraged from eating in their rooms. Guests will be liable for all stains caused by food or drink during their stay. A table and refrigerator is available for guests in the Garden Room on the first floor.
Guests are encouraged to notify us of special dietary requirements at least several days prior to their arrival date, and we will try to accommodate all reasonable requests. if you will NOT be attending breakfast, Please let us know at your earliest convenience.
Parking
in our parking lock, please park perpendicular to the stone wall along Glenwood Avenue or at the rear of the property as directed by the management. No on-street parking is permitted.
Also Important
Absolutely No Smoking Inside.
No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements.
Guests are encouraged to use the wastepaper baskets supplied in the rooms. Additional trash left in the rooms, including boxes, packing materials and food items will result in an additional charge.
Makeup shall not be removed with our towels in the rooms. We will supply you with additional makeup removal packets free of charge at your request. Stained towels will result in an additional charge of $25.00 per towel.
when you depart, please leave your key on the hallway marble table on the first floor. If you take your key with you, you may be charged $100.
